You've joined a community of people who are running their businesses and serving their clients with the help of our tools.
Ready to explore QuickBooks Online with your community?
Set Up Your Community Profile
Let's get you ready to talk to real people, ask questions, get ideas, and improve your QuickBooks skills to make your business finances better.
Make sure you’ve signed in to the Community using the Sign In button at the top right-hand corner. Use your QuickBooks Online sign in information to get in.
Once signed in, find your profile via the people icon dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner.
Use the My Settings screen to explore and set your profile preferences and update your personal details. Click Edit to start updating your profile.
Personal > Username
Choose a User name that is important to you. It could be your legal name, business name, or a name you know, like a handle you use on social media. Your Username must be at least two (2) characters long and can contain letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores. Make sure you don’t have spaces or apostrophes in your username.
Personal > Personal Information
Use the Your Biography section to write a short introduction about yourself or your business. You can include links to your website, social media accounts and blog that will link your QuickBooks Community Profile to your wider online presence.
Avatars
Choose from pre-loaded graphics or upload your own photo or logo to set as the picture (or avatar) that appears with your profile across the QuickBooks Communities

Explore the other settings available to tailor your Community experience and make sure you stay up to date with the latest conversations.
Once finished, you can visit your profile any time to view and update it.
Here you will also see which badges you have earned and any posts and replies you have posted to the community.
The more time you spend in the Community, the more badges you can earn for your participation.
You can gain badges for reading posts, providing answers to questions in the community, starting conversations, replying to conversations, giving and receiving cheers, as well as logging in and contributing to the community.
The more badges you gain, the further you progress through Levels and up the leader board, and the more skills and knowledge you may be recognised for by your peers and other QBO customers!
Have you updated your profile? Share below what you're looking forward to getting out of the QuickBooks Community!
Remember to visit often and look at the new conversations!
