When I go to reconcile I can see all of the debits from the account but no credits from our customers. I haven’t reconciled before so have no clue as to what to do, Help,

When you reconcile an account, it will show you all the transactions entered in QuickBooks Online. Let's try to check on your Chart of Accounts to confirm if there are credits or payments recorded.

 

  1. Go to Gear icon (or Accounting tab) and select Chart of Accounts
  2. Select Account history on the bank account you would like to reconcile.
  3. You can use the filter option to make it easier for you to see the transactions on a specific date. To do that, click on the funnel icon, set the Date and select Apply.

 

Also, you may try to check the payment recorded in QuickBooks Online and ensure that it was allocated or deposited to the correct bank account.
