If you're able, try the steps listed below and if you're still not seeing the option to find/match/add I would recommend giving us a call for further troubleshooting and so that our agents will be able to screen share with you to determine the root cause.
- Clear your cookies and cache
- The process can vary, but you can refer to instructions found here broken down by browser.
- Log Out/Log In > Attempt to find/match/add
- Try updating your bank feeds by selecting Update button on the Banking tab
If after these steps you are finding that the find/match/add is still not appearing, reach out to our support team to take a deeper look at your account to provide a solution.
