I'd like to know more about the converted data. Are they converted by a third-party application? If so, you'll have to manually reconcile them in QuickBooks Online.
Regarding your second question, There are two options in clearing the transactions. You can activate your bank in the online banking and match the transactions so it will be cleared. You can also manually clear them in the Chart of Accounts.
