Hello there, info2311.

To resolve the connection issue without creating a duplicate, confirm if the bank account is linked in QuickBooks. Here’s how:

  1. In your Dashboard, select the Accounting tab.
  2. Choose the Bank transaction tab.
  3. Click the dropdown to show the accounts connected in your QuickBooks.

If your bank appears in the list, it is already connected. In that case, select your bank and click the Update button to refresh the connection.

If your bank isn't syncing, here's what might be causing the issue:

  • Wrong Website URL selected. Ensure you're using the correct URL to connect your bank account. Copy the URL directly from your bank's official portal and paste it into QuickBooks.
  • Bank Maintenance or System Downtime. Check your bank website for any advisory notices or system maintenance updates that might affect QuickBooks connectivity.

If there are specific error messages, please share them with us so we can assist you further.

As a temporary alternative, you can manually upload your bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
