I have lost my bank feed AGAIN into QB. Is there a way to set this up from a user or does it have to be done by QD?

Yes, @info2308. There's a way to set this up from a user in QuickBooks.

First, let's refresh your feed to update all your connected bank and credit card accounts and to download new transactions. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Accounting tab, then Bank transactions.
  2. Click the Update option.

If you have recently updated any information on your bank's website, such as your account number, username, or password, update that information in QuickBooks as well. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Bank transactions.
  2. Select the Pencil icon in your bank account, then click Edit sign-in info.

If you connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online using Open Banking, you'll need to renew your consent every 365 days. It's a requirement of the Open Banking standard.

Here's how to renew your bank connection to reconnect your bank feed to QuickBooks:

  1. Head to the Bank transactions.
  2. In the Link account dropdown, select Manage connections.
  3. Next to the bank for which you need to renew consent, select the More (:) icon.
  4. Select Manage consent.
  5. When you're ready, select Renew. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Don't hesitate to reach out with any other concerns.
