QuickBooks Online (QBO) depends on the data sent from the third-party application. You may have to check your app settings to ensure it is mapped correctly to be imported to QBO.
You can also reach with the third-party app's customer support on how to resolve the integration issue you have with QuickBooks and the app. They'll be the best team to help check your app settings.
