Hi, @hjw_414. Welcome to the Community.
Could you please share the exact pop-up message you've encountered when trying to import your transactions? Any additional details would be greatly appreciated, as they will help us provide more targeted solutions.
When manually importing bank transactions into QuickBooks, it’s important to ensure that you’re using the correct 3-column or 4-column format, and it should not exceed 350 KB in size with no more than 1,000 rows. If your CSV file exceeds these limits, you will need to split the transactions into smaller segments.
If you're still seeing the same error message, you can clear your cache and Intuit-specific cookies to remove outdated or corrupted data that preventing you to import your transaction. You can also use another supported browser as an alternative option.
Please feel free to return to this thread if you have any further concerns.
