Hey, Is anyone experiencing problems with creating rules for bank reconciliation. I'm unable to create any rules, as when i test the rule 0 matches come up.

Once you establish an auto-add rule, Adrian, any corresponding transactions in the For Review tab will automatically process. These rules are activated when you log in, upload a file, or modify an existing rule. Let me provide further information on this below.

If your downloaded transactions meet the requirements or the rules you've set up, they should be categorized automatically. However, if it doesn't automatically categorize, please recreate a new rule and see if it works perfectly.

If the problem persists, let us troubleshoot your browser by accessing your account in a private or incognito window. Such errors are caused by accumulated cache.

To save you time, please use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

After completing the steps, review the transactions to see if it is categorised automatically. If everything works fine, clear your cache so the system can start fresh. If the problem remains, please use another supported browser.

Moreover, I will provide these guidelines for your reference to assist with your future tasks:
